We are tired. And so fulfilled.
The 27th Anniversary Breakthrough Academy is underway and “Breakthrough Day” is complete.
Here is a glimpse:
Last night was a lot of cleanup – and eating. I sure picked a great day to fast!
Today was more cleanup – and a big nutrition and education intervention… And more eating – plus preparation for tomorrow.
Monday begins with the “Ramp-up to Living Independently” workshop, followed by lunch and the “Legal Q&A” with Erica Pike Turner Esquire.
Tuesday begins the Rapid Résumé and Speedy ID sessions, followed by lunch and the “Employment Q&A” with Clairvoyix CEO, Mike Schmitt.
With the economic situation for many in the Vegas Valley as dire as we can remember, we are so thankful for partners like you who stepped up during challenging economic times to help these folks rise up from the compounding effects of abuse and homelessness. Thank you.
